职位概况
负责机加工刀具的采购、库存及消耗管理，确保采购数量合理、库存结构优化，支持生产需求并降低成本。
主要职责
- 负责刀具采购申请、下单跟进，统筹交期，严格控制采购数量，避免过量采购。
- 统计刀具消耗，跟踪领用、损耗数据，分析异常并推动改进。
- 监控刀具库龄和呆滞物料，定期梳理并提出处理建议，优化库存结构。
- 对接生产、仓库与采购，核对需求、确认到货、处理来料异常，平衡生产需求与库存压力。
- 使用Excel进行数据汇总、透视分析，制作库存、消耗、采购台账并定期输出报告。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械、机电相关专业优先。
- 6年以上机加工行业刀具管理、仓管、物控或采购经验。
- 具备基础刀具知识，了解常见机加工刀具的基本用途。
- 极强的数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel进行数据透视、函数、图表制作。
- 成本意识强，擅长库存管控，能够把控采购频次与数量，提高库存周转率。
- 良好沟通能力，逻辑清晰，责任心强，能够组织盘点并核对实物与系统数据。
必备技能
- Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、函数、图表制作）
