About the role

Teachanywhere is seeking enthusiastic Kindergarten (KG) teachers for a new, rapidly expanding school in Beijing. The role focuses on delivering the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum with a student‑centred approach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging IB‑aligned lessons for KG students.
• Foster a supportive, student‑centred learning environment.
• Participate actively in pastoral care and the school’s extra‑curricular programme.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop school initiatives.

Required profile

• Commitment to the IB philosophy of teaching and learning.
• Minimum two years of post‑qualifying teaching experience.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to contribute to a new school’s growth.
• Readiness to engage in pastoral care and extra‑curricular activities.
• Previous experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) is a plus.
