Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead sales initiatives for major coffee chain customers across China, driving revenue growth and strengthening long‑term partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company sales policies, create regional sales plans, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets, including payment collection.
• Proactively acquire new business and nurture relationships with key coffee chain customers such as Starbucks and Luckin Coffee.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle, coordinating logistics, finance and other internal teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage the regional distributor network, optimise channel layout and ensure effective product distribution.
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide product application support and assist in new product launches.

Required profile

• College degree or higher, preferably in Food Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the food‑service industry, with proven success in distributor management or B‑end customer development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities; self‑motivated and able to handle sales pressure and travel requirements.
• Fluent written English; spoken English is a plus.
