About the role
Roland Berger is seeking fresh graduates for its 2027 Campus Recruitment program as Junior Consultants in Shanghai. You will join project teams from day one, helping clients develop innovative strategies and business models.
Key responsibilities
- Work on one or more consulting projects.
- Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops.
- Perform market research and data analysis.
- Prepare and present findings to project managers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (fresh graduate).
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity and teamwork orientation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
