About the role
The Atrium Junior Captain delivers exceptional beverage and dining service in the Atrium of Four Seasons Guangzhou, a high‑rise luxury hotel. You will create memorable experiences for guests by anticipating their needs and showcasing deep knowledge of the menu and wine list.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high‑quality dining experience with professionalism and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Serve beverages and food with expert knowledge of menu options.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons service standards.
Required profile
- Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong understanding of food and wine.
- Experience in luxury resort or hotel environments is an asset.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
