职位概况
博世集团在苏州招聘初级包装工程师，负责产品包装方案的设计、优化及成本控制，支持供应链的包装需求。
主要职责
- 制定并发布产品包装方案，获取客户确认。
- 评审、确认并优化包装原材料方案。
- 设计原材料二次包装流程。
- 编制包装作业指导书，创建包装物料清单（BOM）。
- 管理包装材料样品确认及交付计划。
- 负责可循环使用包装材料的供应商、客户及内部管理。
- 跟踪包装成本预算，推动成本节约项目。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，具备包装专业知识。
- 有生产制造工厂工作经验。
- 熟练使用MS Office等办公软件。
必备技能
- 包装设计与优化能力。
- 包装规划与成本控制经验。
- MS Office操作熟练。
