职位概况
我们正在上海招聘中台后端开发工程师（Java），负责物联网平台的后端系统设计与实现，要求具备5年以上Java开发经验，能够保障系统的高可用、高并发和安全性。
主要职责
- 参与物联网平台需求分析、系统设计，识别安全隐患并提出改进方案。
- 负责架构设计、核心功能开发及技术文档编写，确保系统高可用、高并发。
- 使用AI编程工具（OpenCode、Codex等）提升研发效率，探索AI辅助编码最佳实践。
- 与产品、前端、测试、运维团队紧密协作，推动高质量交付。
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求
- 6年以上Java后端开发经验，熟悉JVM内存模型、GC机制，具备线上排查与调优能力。
- 深入理解并发编程，拥有锁机制、线程池、异步编程实战经验。
- 熟悉Spring Boot 3核心原理及Spring Cloud微服务组件，掌握服务治理、限流熔断、分布式配置等最佳实践。
- 熟练使用PostgreSQL，能够进行索引优化与SQL调优。
- 具备OpenCode、Codex或同类AI编程工具的实际开发经验，能利用AI提升代码质量并修正其安全隐患。
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和抗压能力，责任心强。
- 对业务逻辑漏洞、权限越界、数据泄露等安全风险敏感，熟悉常见Web安全漏洞及防御方案。
