Developer Relations Manager – AI Algorithms, Benchmarks & OSS Datasets

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Developer Relations Manager to engage with the China research and developer community, promoting GPU‑accelerated AI solutions across scientific domains, generative and agentic AI, and multi‑cloud environments. The role combines technical business development, community evangelism, and solution architecture to drive adoption of NVIDIA tools and datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyze technical requirements of China researchers and developers, identifying high‑impact projects.
• Bridge NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDKs with community needs, promoting adoption among ISVs and service providers.
• Co‑architect repeatable GPU‑accelerated solutions for AI algorithms, datasets, benchmarks, and emerging AI paradigms.
• Discover new workflows, remove adoption blockers, and feed insights back to product teams.
• Drive early product adoption, support launch activities, and collaborate with business development, solution architects, and product teams.

Required profile

• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in technical leadership, architecting GPU‑accelerated AI solutions, especially AI algorithms, datasets, and benchmarks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to influence executive and technical audiences.
• Project‑management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of accelerated computing, CUDA, and GPU‑based AI frameworks.
• Expertise in AI algorithms, reinforcement learning, LLMs, VLMs, generative AI, agentic AI, and physical AI.
• Familiarity with widely used datasets, benchmarks, and leaderboard ecosystems across general and vertical domains.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks, operations research, robotics, database technologies, APIs, micro‑services, and orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of cloud service providers (CSP), SaaS/platform offerings, and hybrid/on‑prem solutions.
