职位概况
负责搭建并运营目标用户社群，提升用户活跃度和转化率，打造高粘性社区。
主要职责
- 搭建目标用户社群并进行日常运维，实施新用户吸引、老用户激活、订单转化及复购等工作。
- 规划并执行微信社群运营，营造良好社群氛围，提升粘性。
- 挖掘核心用户，保持互动，提升社群活跃度。
- 收集会员意见，及时调整运营方案。
- 定期总结运营经验，推动内容、活动与产品流程标准化，为团队扩展奠定基础。
任职要求
- 8年以上用户社群运营经验，统招本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉新媒体运营和社群营销，具备创新的营销活动策划思路并有实际案例。
- 有母婴社群运营经验者优先，具备一定的团队管理经验者优先。
