Job description

职位概况

负责设备的保养及维修工作，找出故障根本原因，支持产线运作并持续改进设备性能。

主要职责

执行设备的日常保养与维修。
分析并定位故障根本原因。
支持生产线的各项工作需求。
主动发现设备不足并提出改进方案。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

正直、具备良好沟通能力和强烈的责任心。
中专及以上学历。
具备5S和TPM理念。
两年以上维修工作经验。
熟悉电路图、伺服电机、PLC及常规电气原理。
能够编制设备预防性维护计划并合理安排工作。
安全意识强，连续12个月无因个人原因导致的伤害记录。
熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook。
