职位概况
负责公司内部ERP、CRM、PLM、ALM等业务平台的软硬件支撑与运维，保障系统高可用、稳定运行，并探索AI运维技术提升效率。
主要职责
- 为ERP、CRM、PLM、ALM等业务系统提供计算资源分配、用户配置及基础设施管理。
- 管理Windows Server、VDI（深信服）等物理/虚拟服务器，维护AD、DNS、DHCP、GPO等核心服务。
- 部署与维护集中式日志平台（ELK Stack、rsyslog）及监控系统。
- 设计并执行标准化运维流程，使用PowerShell、Python实现任务自动化。
- 实施服务器安全加固、补丁管理，配合安全事件监控与响应。
任职要求
- 计算机或信息技术相关本科及以上学历，3-5年企业级IT系统运维经验。
- 熟悉Windows Server及其核心服务（AD、DNS、GPO、WSUS、故障转移集群）。
- 具备独立搭建日志收集、监控报警系统的实践经验。
- 精通PowerShell脚本编写，具备强烈的自动化思维。
- 熟悉虚拟化平台及VDI技术。
