职位概况
聚焦自动驾驶感知与规划核心算法的数据闭环建设，负责Corner Case（极限长尾失效场景）挖掘与治理，推动高质量数据交付与模型迭代。
主要职责
- 统筹整合自动驾驶现有数据挖掘能力、数据流程与资源链路，构建统一的感知、规划数据闭环与交付体系。
- 负责感知、Planner模型Corner Case的挖掘、聚类与根因分析，提升模型在极端工况下的鲁棒性。
- 搭建统一的标签体系，设计自动化识别与精准打标策略，确保长尾案例的高效筛选与沉淀。
- 迭代高质量数据集与场景库，补齐模型场景短板，提升感知、规划模型的泛化能力。
- 深度对接算法模型需求，优化数据挖掘工具平台，实现端到端的数据交付闭环。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学或车辆工程等相关专业，5年以上自动驾驶数据闭环或数据挖掘经验。
- 精通自动驾驶感知、规划模型的失效特征，具备Corner Case挖掘、聚类、根因归因的实战经验。
- 熟悉数据标签体系、场景体系搭建与治理，能够统一多模块数据标准与挖掘规范。
