职位概况
负责公司IT基础设施的规划、建设、维护及桌面支持，保障系统稳定安全，提升运维效率。
主要职责
- 参与服务器、虚拟化平台、存储设备的日常维护与性能优化。
- 维护办公室网络设备、VPN及企业邮箱等账号系统。
- 推进桌面安全体系建设，提供日常桌面支持并完成新员工入职IT配置。
- 监控基础设施性能，完善运维文档，推动流程标准化与自动化。
任职要求
- 3-5年IT运维或系统管理经验，本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉服务器、存储、网络设备的配置与故障排查。
- 具备桌面支持经验，能够快速响应并解决员工IT问题。
必备技能
- Python脚本开发
- Shell或Javascript脚本经验
