职位概况
负责数据中心及服务器、虚拟化平台的日常运维与管理，确保基础设施安全、稳定运行，支持业务连续性。
主要职责
- 数据中心设施（机房、UPS、精密空调、综合布线等）巡检、运维及安全管理。
- 管理物理服务器、存储、网络设备的上下架、硬件维护和资产台账。
- 负责VMware vSphere、KVM等虚拟化平台的部署、配置、升级及故障处理。
- 执行Linux（RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu）和Windows Server的安装、优化、补丁管理。
- 编写Shell、Python、PowerShell脚本，实现运维自动化，维护监控工具链。
- 参与容量规划、容灾演练及应急响应，提供故障根因分析报告。
任职要求
- 大专及以上，计算机相关专业，3年以上数据中心/服务器/虚拟化运维经验。
- 熟悉Linux和Windows Server系统管理，掌握Active Directory、GPO。
- 精通VMware vSphere，了解KVM、Hyper‑V等虚拟化技术。
- 了解服务器硬件（Dell/HP/联想）及SAN/NAS存储配置。
- 具备数据中心基础设施（UPS、精密空调、环境监控）运维经验。
- 熟悉网络协议（TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、HTTP/HTTPS、VPN）。

- Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)、Windows Server
- 服务器硬件及SAN/NAS管理
- Ansible、Terraform、Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana、ELK
