IT Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage and enhance our corporate network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring stable connectivity, designing long‑term network upgrades, and safeguarding our systems against security threats.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot all corporate network systems to guarantee stable connectivity.
• Draft enterprise IT solutions, define overall network architecture and create a roadmap for future upgrades.
• Develop and implement standardized IT security configurations and enterprise network protection systems.
• Establish and manage a company‑wide IT service system, handling internal user requests and coordinating with external vendors.
• Prepare annual IT hardware and software budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure cost‑effective spending.
• Standardize IT service workflows, maintain communication with business users, and support global IT projects in collaboration with headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IT operations and management.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management framework and ISMS information security standards.
• Strong cross‑department communication, problem‑analysis, and project‑delivery skills.
• Fluent oral and written English, capable of reading technical documents and collaborating with global teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mainstream network and security devices, especially MikroTik routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Experience deploying and configuring Windows Server and VMware ESXi environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, server setup and Group Policy management.
• Strong fault‑diagnosis capabilities and project‑management experience.
• Understanding of ITIL and ISMS frameworks.
