IT Developer (Power Platform)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Developer to analyse, redesign and migrate existing OA system workflows to the Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver automated solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current OA system workflows and propose optimized designs based on business requirements.
• Redevelop and migrate legacy workflows to Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI as needed).
• Design and develop new workflows, applications, or automations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Deliver project outputs on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application logic, configurations and code to improve performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort through automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and internal IT teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and meeting quality standards.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in testing, user acceptance and deployment processes.
• Continuous improvement orientation, seeking automation opportunities.
