About the role

The Endpoint Support Engineer will work with global and local teams to provide technical support for endpoint‑related projects across 20 NASAPMENA entities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of IT enterprise services, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical support for endpoint technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, PowerBI, Bomgar, Active Directory, ABM, WFBS, DaaS and Tanium.
• Promptly address and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, ensuring proactive issue management.
• Participate in incident analysis by reviewing logs and collaborating with senior engineers to resolve problems.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Manage retail POS devices and mobile devices across the organization.
• Contribute to global and regional projects, offering recommendations for process improvements.

Required profile

• Solid experience in IT endpoint support with strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Deep understanding of SCCM architecture, software deployment, patch management, and Operating System Deployment (OSD).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts (advantageous).
• Familiarity with major MDM and DaaS platforms.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Additional experience with Tanium is a plus.
