Insights Analyst – Level 2

About the role

Join Meltwater's Client Insights team as an Insights Analyst – Level 2. You will create bespoke reports and manage projects for enterprise clients, turning quantitative and qualitative media data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data issues, propose solutions, and handle ad‑hoc requests.
• Conduct quality checks, maintain data accuracy, and develop checklists, tracking tools, dashboards and visualisations.
• Manage stakeholder interactions to align deliverables with client requirements and service‑level agreements.
• Identify new data sources, stay updated on industry trends and ensure reports are delivered on time.
• Develop expertise in Meltwater products, communicate changes, and support team workflow optimisation.
• Provide briefings, handovers and mentoring to junior team members.
