职位概况
Abercrombie & Fitch 长沙IFS门店招聘仓库主管，负责监督仓库所有职能，包括收货、理货及补货，是门店领导团队的一员，通过高效的商品流程提升门店业绩。全职每周工作40小时，需接受晚班和周末班。
主要职责
- 监督仓库组织与管理，确保货物正确扫描、高效处理，妥善处理召回、损坏和调拨商品，并维护仓库及洗手间清洁
- 完成补货任务，按公司标准维护商品，核实每日扫描完成情况
- 维护门店陈列：完成电子单元库存报告、审核陈列并按视觉指南熨烫商品
- 按程序处理全渠道订单，监控新订单批次，协助取货顾客
- 与同事建立良好关系，及时上报顾客和商品情况，参加培训会议并指导同事
- 遵守员工手册、着装规范及安全安保政策；通过合理陈列和主动服务促进销售
任职要求
- 年满18岁，能可靠通勤至指定门店
- 每周40小时全职，可接受晚班和周末班，业务高峰可加班
- 高中毕业或同等学历优先，至少1年仓库运营经验者优先
- 无需主管或管理经验
