职位概况
为前往百汇医院就诊的患者提供直接、全面且以客户服务为导向的重症监护护理，确保患者安全与满意。
主要职责
- 计划并独立执行直接患者护理工作。
- 评估、计划、优先处理并评价个体化患者护理。
- 记录并维护准确、清晰、完整的患者档案。
- 与患者及其家属建立治疗性互助关系。
- 识别急症患者并合理分诊，确保及时救治。
- 协调患者教育、康复及功能恢复相关活动。
- 跟踪患者复诊、检查结果并及时向医生汇报。
- 遵循医院规范，提供高标准安全的护理服务。
- 执行医嘱，协助医生进行翻译工作。
- 严格执行感染控制操作规范，维护患者隐私。
- 定期检查急救设备，确保其功能完好。
- 使用后清洁、消毒并包装器械进行灭菌。
- 与接待团队协作，优化患者流动，提升工作效率。
