职位概况
负责全球临床运营，监控临床试验站点数据，确保研究者遵守协议和GCP，提供数据验证支持。
主要职责
- 评估并选址潜在试验中心。
- 进行中心启动访问并培训现场人员。
- 依据公司政策解决现场问题，维护内外部沟通。
- 作为Novartis与中心的前线联络人，确保项目进度和交付。
- 在收到产品后24小时内报告技术投诉或不良事件。
- 分发营销样本（如适用）。
任职要求
- 具备运营管理、项目管理经验。
- 熟悉临床研究流程和法规要求。
- 英语沟通能力。
