职位概况

腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌Level Infinite招聘海外休闲IAP（二合）产品负责人。Level Infinite为合作工作室提供支持服务，发行《PUBG MOBILE》《NIKKE》《王者荣耀》等产品，并联合推出《战锤40K：暗潮》《沙丘：觉醒》等作品。

主要职责

主导休闲消除类游戏产品的整体方向和愿景，制定产品路线图和升级战略，推动产品从0到1落地及持续迭代增长
与用户获取、市场发行、数据分析和商业化团队合作，根据海外买量策略和增长机制调整产品方向，制定运营活动、付费策略和功能更新计划
把控开发关键里程碑和最终质量，对品质、进度和预算负责，及时化解风险确保按时上线

任职要求

8年以上游戏开发经验，其中3年以上制作人/主策/产品负责人经验，深耕手机休闲游戏
有月流水超500万美元的二合品类休闲游戏成功项目经验
熟悉海外买量、市场营销和商业化策略，能通过A/B测试和数据驱动产品迭代
能协调产品、研发、运营等多部门，曾带领不少于10人的跨职能团队
加分项：海外合作经验、知名休闲游戏公司核心制作岗位经验、全球发行经验、英语沟通能力
