职位概况

负责店内人力资源规划与管理，支持营运目标实现，控制人力成本，确保合规。

主要职责

根据营运目标和人员需求，制定招聘与配置计划，降低人力成本。
调研当地劳动力市场，组织年度用工需求及成本管控。
依据公司政策和劳动法规，处理员工投诉与劳动纠纷，确保合规。
协助店总经理搭建人才梯队，制定并落地员工发展计划。
分析薪酬福利报表，关注人力成本合理性。

任职要求

全日制统招本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验。
熟悉人力资源管理及招聘全流程，精通面试方法和沟通技巧。
具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力。
