HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist focused on Compensation & Benefits to support the full employee lifecycle and enhance the overall employee experience. The role combines talent acquisition, HR operations, learning & development, and compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Administer onboarding, probation, contract renewals, retirements and off‑boarding while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist with training initiatives, maintain training documentation, and support government‑funded programs.
• Manage attendance, workforce data, and produce analytical reports for workforce planning.
• Help administer employee benefits, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and manage HR‑related contracts and vendor agreements.
• Contribute to internal communications, employee engagement activities, and assist with translation or localization when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any major) with interest in human resources.
• At least 1 year of HR experience or a strong recent graduate.
• Understanding of personnel and labor regulations.
• Proactive, well‑organized, strong learning ability and team‑oriented.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
