HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with business leaders, develop and execute HR strategies that support our growth plans, and uphold our corporate values. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with company strategy and provide timely, accurate information for decision‑making.
• Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, terminations, and restructuring.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, engagement initiatives, and turnover reduction.
• Monitor attendance, support HR software development, and ensure alignment with global HR standards.
• Track local labor regulations, employment law, and social security updates to maintain compliance.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of hands‑on HR experience, including 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience supporting aggressive expansion and business transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking, change‑management leadership, and ability to coach managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple locations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of local labor regulations, employment law, and social security.
• Familiarity with HR software systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
