HR Manager, APAC

About the role

The HR Manager – MEA & Asia will lead HR operations, programs and employee support across the Middle East, Asia and Australia region. Based in Suzhou, the role focuses on employee relations, compliance, engagement and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement annual HR programs and initiatives across the region, supporting compensation reviews and policy rollout.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Lead regional employee engagement, recognition, wellness and inclusion activities, and act on survey results.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development.
• Drive regional recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding, while supporting employer branding.
• Oversee talent acquisition programs, collaborate with external agencies and ensure consistent global implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations and compliance across multiple countries.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement.
• Ability to lead regional HR initiatives and partner with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for managers and employees.
