职位概况
拼多多集团提供HR管培生岗位，聚焦小语种方向，系统学习人力资源全流程，支持业务用人需求。
主要职责
- 学习并参与HR管理工作流程，熟悉招聘、员工关系、绩效、薪酬等模块。
- 完成招聘交付计划，包括人才库维护、简历搜索、面试组织、入职跟进及招聘数据统计分析。
- 协助人力资源流程优化，整理流程文档、设计SOP、推动系统功能落地并输出分析报告。
- 参与制定用工规则、监督合规执行，处理员工入离调转手续，收集并反馈员工诉求。
任职要求
- 具备波兰语、葡萄牙语、德语、法语、韩语等小语种能力。
- 对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 能够进行数据分析，熟悉招聘及员工关系相关流程。
必备技能
- 波兰语、葡萄牙语、德语、法语、韩语任意一种或多种语言能力。
- 数据分析能力。
- 熟悉HR流程及相关系统操作。
