HR Business Partner (RBAC)

About the role
The HR Business Partner will support a specific division of Bosch in Suzhou, acting as a trusted advisor to management on people matters. You will help shape organizational change, develop talent, and drive leadership initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and counsel to management on organization change, competencies, people development, and leadership development.
- Manage key HR processes such as succession planning, performance management, talent validation and review, annual salary review, and associate development.
- Participate in associate surveys and communication sessions to understand employee concerns.
- Act as HR consultant to business managers on employee relations cases and other people issues.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects that support business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor contract law and related legal regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with leaders and associates at all levels.
- Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.
- Fluent English (working language).
