About the role
The Laundry Supervisor ensures high‑quality, efficient laundry operations for hotel linens and uniforms. You will lead a team, maintain standards, and support VIP guest needs in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect laundry staff to guarantee quality and productivity.
- Oversee implementation of laundry standards, suggest improvements and training needs.
- Open and close shifts, manage hand‑overs, and control key distribution.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls for the Laundry Department.
- Allocate tasks according to volume and peak periods, prioritising VIP or special guests.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of linens and uniforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing hotel laundry/linen and uniform operations.
- Skilled in basic sewing and garment alteration.
- Good physical health, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to resolve employee grievances and maintain a harmonious work environment.
