HMC AOS Internship

About the role

This internship supports Airbus’ Business Improvement team in Harbin, focusing on driving business excellence through Lean and Right‑First‑Time principles. You will work on real projects that help shape the company’s operating systems, problem‑solving methods and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean and operating‑system fundamentals to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain the improvement referential used across the business.
• Coach and transfer improvement concepts, tools and techniques to teams.
• Support the development of autonomy and competency in business units.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity.

Required profile

• Current student (undergraduate or graduate) interested in business performance and improvement.
• Strong awareness of compliance and ethical standards.
• Ability to influence and interact with diverse stakeholders.
