Full-Time Faculty Position in Global Affairs

About the role

Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University is seeking full‑time faculty members to join its interdisciplinary teaching team. The role focuses on delivering core and elective courses in global affairs, Chinese political economy, and leadership to a diverse cohort of scholars.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core required courses in leadership, global affairs, and China.
• Develop and deliver elective courses in collaboration with visiting faculty.
• Contribute to curriculum design and academic planning.
• Engage in research, publications, and scholarly activities.

Required profile

• Strong record of teaching, research, and publications.
• Doctoral degree in public policy, political science, economics, international relations, history, or a related field.
• Fluency in English for teaching, research, and communication.
• Cross‑cultural knowledge and prior teaching experience in an international setting are strongly preferred.
