About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Dalian, a luxury property located in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Dalian, China, seeks a Front Desk Agent to join its guest‑focused team. The role is central to delivering the brand’s signature service, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and personal accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to process arrivals, run daily reports, and block rooms for upcoming guests.
Required profile
- College graduate or holder of a relevant certificate.
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency.
- Legal eligibility to work in China.
- Native Chinese speaker.
