Freelance Recruitment Partner – Mandarin Chinese (Remote)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding its footprint across China and seeks a self‑motivated Freelance Recruitment Partner fluent in Mandarin and English. Working remotely, you will tap into a global pipeline of over 500 live vacancies and earn up to 40% commission on each successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other channels.
• Screen, interview and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sectors such as iGaming, Tech, BPO, Sales and Operations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidate data organized and up‑to‑date in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese talent market.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with international exposure.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology (optional).
