Forklift Driver

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Forklift Driver to support material handling within its production and warehouse environments. The role involves operating industrial forklifts and related equipment to move pallets and other uniform items safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial forklifts to transport pallets and load/unload items from low heights.
• Pull loads from production lines under guidance and verify wrapping and labeling quality.
• Use electric or manual hand trucks and scanning technology to move and record inventory.
• Enter handling records into the computerized system.
• Follow all safety policies, including lock‑out/tag‑out procedures, and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Basic forklift operating skills with willingness to receive frequent guidance.
• Ability to follow safety and regulatory procedures.
• Attention to detail for quality checks of packaging and labels.
