About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in food and beverage operations within a boutique resort setting. You will support the service team in delivering high‑quality guest experiences while learning hospitality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the dining area
• Greet guests and provide menu recommendations
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service areas
• Support the team during events, banquets, or busy service periods
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service‑oriented attitude with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Team player eager to learn and develop in the hospitality sector
