Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor in a large retail environment. You will lead a team of staff to maintain product presentation, manage checkout areas, and coordinate pricing activities, guaranteeing an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the work of sales floor staff, including replenishment, visual merchandising and price‑tag placement.
• Manage the cashier area to ensure efficient and trouble‑free checkout operations.
• Monitor the presentation of special offers and verify correct product displays.
• Coordinate timely price markdowns and re‑pricing activities across the store.
• Oversee the availability and placement of testers for fragrances and cosmetics on the sales floor.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales or retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team of at least ten people.
• Strong understanding of product supply and replenishment processes for a sales floor of 500 + sq. m, handling over 150,000 SKUs.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
