Financial Controller – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our finance team on a 1‑year fixed‑term basis. You will be responsible for preparing and analysing monthly and annual financial statements, monitoring performance against forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly and annual financial statements using the financial reporting system.
• Track actuals versus monthly estimates and annual plans, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure performance, risk control, and business objectives are achieved across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business leaders, operations, HR, and GFO, as well as external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or General Accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities and fluent written and spoken English.
