Finance Manager – Suzhou Manufacturing Site

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead accounting operations, internal controls, and tax compliance for our manufacturing site in Suzhou. You will work closely with plant leadership, regional finance teams, and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site‑level accounting, month‑end/quarter‑end close, and financial reporting in line with US GAAP and China GAAP.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage corporate income tax, VAT, and local tax filings, monitor regulatory changes, and support tax planning initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the plant accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and procurement to provide data‑driven financial insights and support capital investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 + years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, China GAAP, and SOX‑type control standards.
