Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, partnering with all business functions to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. This role is responsible for delivering performance reports, ad‑hoc analysis, and driving continuous improvement of financial reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and manage monthly forecasts and the annual budgeting cycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to compare actual results against expectations and refine future projections.
• Publish standard business performance reports and conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses.
• Define and implement standardized work processes to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze financial results to identify variances, trends, and potential exposures.
• Maintain and improve financial systems supporting reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial analysis within multinational companies.
• Strong understanding of P&L structures, financial reporting, and the full budgeting/forecasting cycle.
• Excellent analytical abilities, business acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
