Finance Head - APAC

Job Responsibly/Description:We are looking for a hands-on Finance Head to own US GAAP reporting, internal controls, and tax/compliance oversight for a multi-entity, publicly listed technology group spanning China (Beijing, Wuhan) and the Philippines. This is an in-house role - not an audit/advisory position - requiring someone comfortable both reviewing/approving work and rolling up sleeves on daily operations, while managing a small team.
