Facilities Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to support the management of contractor services and the daily operation of our campus facilities, including cleaning, restaurant, and other soft services. The role involves vendor coordination, quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor performance, review contractor KPIs and supervise improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of contractor daily work and service quality.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly billing for client review and follow up on payments.
• Collect and verify utilities usage during contractor operations.
• Coordinate minor projects related to contractor service changes, such as space relocation or service scope extensions.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys, handle end‑user complaints, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee CC restaurant operations, hygiene, food safety compliance, and staff discipline.
• Track food‑safety records, manage non‑conformities, and verify corrective actions.

Required profile

• Prior practical experience in canteen or restaurant operation management.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in food‑safety management.
• College degree or equivalent training.
• Quick learner, self‑starter and result‑oriented.
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork.
• Basic spoken and written English.
