Events & Exhibitions Sales Representative (Level IV)

About the role

We are looking for a consultative sales professional to join our global events team in Beijing. The Events & Exhibitions Sales Representative (Level IV) will drive exhibitor and buyer participation for our international Travel and MICE portfolio, matching client objectives with exhibition space, sponsorships and digital branding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and transactional buyers across the territory.
• Identify client value drivers and propose tailored packages that include exhibition space, sponsorships, digital tools and branding.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, social media and roadshow events to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with show teams to design bespoke, value‑led solutions and provide market insights for event planning.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and GONG, generate reports, and conduct regular pipeline reviews with the line manager.
• Leverage AI, social media and CRM data to uncover new business opportunities and cross‑sell shows into new regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within events, exhibitions or MICE sectors.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on delivering measurable client value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to work autonomously and mentor peers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using GONG for sales analytics.
