职位概况
负责项目阶段的质量代表，实施和监督各阶段质量活动，提升过程质量并处理客户质量抱怨。
主要职责
- 负责生产过程质量异常处理、过程不良数据统计分析，识别风险点并落实改进措施。
- 负责客户质量抱怨的处理，组织质量问题闭环。
- 建立并推进质量管理体系运行，开展内部审核、管理评审、过程审核并跟踪整改。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科或质量相关专业优先。
- 5年以上项目质量、过程质量或客户质量工作经验，熟悉IATF16949，有汽车行业背景。
- 具备团队管理经验者优先，英语熟练，可作为工作语言。
必备技能
- IATF16949
- APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA
- 5Why、FTA、QC七大工具
