About the role

We are looking for an innovative Education Innovation Manager to lead the digital transformation of our medical education portfolio across Greater China. You will shape product strategy, design integrated digital‑print solutions, and drive go‑to‑market execution for cutting‑edge learning tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift from print to digital for medical and nursing education, redefining product portfolios and business models.
• Design and own end‑to‑end value propositions, including adaptive learning platforms, AI‑driven tools, and simulation‑based training.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies, covering pricing, partnerships, and sales enablement, while aligning with global frameworks.
• Identify high‑growth opportunities through market analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with global product teams to localize digital solutions and advocate for Greater China needs.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize product‑market fit, and adjust tactics to exceed revenue targets.
• Establish thought leadership through partnerships with schools, government bodies, and industry associations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in EdTech, digital product commercialization, or healthcare education.
• Proven track record of scaling innovative education solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global and local teams.
