About the role

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher to join our school in Beijing. The role involves delivering early childhood education within a multicultural environment, using an inquiry‑based approach to foster curiosity and learning. You will be responsible for creating a supportive classroom that respects diverse cultures and promotes a positive outlook on life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver early years curriculum aligned with UK or IB standards where applicable.
• Implement inquiry‑based teaching methods to encourage student engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain an inclusive, culturally responsive learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with at least two years post‑qualifying experience.
• Experience with UK or IB curriculum is highly desirable.
• Strong inquiry‑based teaching philosophy.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
• Adaptable, flexible and a positive attitude.
