职位概况
负责推动必维认证服务及企业在线培训课程的销售，制定并执行市场策略，拓展客户资源，实现销售指标。
主要职责
- 协助销售经理制定并执行在线培训业务市场策略，促进销售增长。
- 拓展客户资源，跟进需求，提供专业培训产品方案，达成销售指标。
- 推广必维认证服务和企业在线培训课程的销售。
- 协调组织研讨、培训会议及各类市场销售活动。
- 熟练掌握ISO体系类培训产品，专业回答客户咨询。
- 梳理并转化新增和现有课程。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，市场营销、教育技术或相关专业。
- 3年以上培训及销售工作经验，有线上课程平台销售和市场推广经验优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、积极耐心的工作态度。
- 拥有营销技巧和客户开发经验，具备领导力课程、通用技巧和销售技能类培训经验者佳。
- 责任感强，具备商务礼仪和职业素养。
- 身心健康，积极向上。
- 英语听说读写流利，能够作为工作语言。
必备技能
- 熟悉ISO9001培训产品。
- 熟悉ISO14001培训产品。
- 熟悉ISO45001培训产品。
- 熟悉ISO5001培训产品。
