CKA Manager – Key Account Manager

About the role

The CKA Manager is responsible for developing and managing key accounts in China across multiple industries, driving market expansion for Bureau Veritas CPS services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with China key accounts, global account offices, major importers and their agencies, maintaining relationships and delivering value‑added services.
• Coordinate with China and overseas teams to align vision and strategies, driving growth of global clients in the Chinese market.
• Interpret industrial legal norms and technical guidance, respond to client testing inquiries, prepare quotations and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with Lab, Operations, Client Solutions and Technical teams to secure target accounts through coordinated teamwork.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with divisions to shape strategy and action plans.
• Achieve CKAM sales performance targets and manage data in the XSY system.
• Track monthly business volume per client, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Organize seminars, webinars and surveys using marketing tools to promote services and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a TIC institute or trading company.
• Strong understanding of Bureau Veritas CPS services and strategic thinking for key account approaches.
• Willingness to work overtime, travel as needed and handle pressure independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset with professional integrity.
• Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
