Director, Product Management - Camera IoT

About the role

Qualcomm is seeking a senior leader to drive the end‑to‑end product strategy for its Camera IoT portfolio. The role spans concept, definition, launch and end‑of‑life, working across design, manufacturing, quality, marketing and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market gaps through ecosystem analysis and shape product road‑maps accordingly.
• Validate business cases, manage product line launch strategies and deliver technical presentations to customers and partners.
• Oversee development of multiple complex products, ensuring cross‑functional communication and milestone alignment.
• Continuously monitor market trends, adjust road‑maps and drive long‑term innovation and IP strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third‑party vendors and senior management to define product goals, budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of product management or related experience (15+ years preferred).
• Experience working in large matrixed organizations and managing operating budgets or project financials.
• Proven ability to negotiate third‑party agreements and influence senior leadership.
