Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Shangri-La Hotel Beijing is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead its sales function and drive revenue growth across all channels. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape the sales strategy for a 670‑room property with multiple dining and event venues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team in designing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to maximise hotel revenue.
• Participate in business reviews, annual budgeting, and performance forecasting.
• Present hotel performance metrics to senior leadership and regional sales teams on a monthly basis.
• Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high service and sales standards.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and drive brand consistency across all sales channels.
• Oversee branding, revenue optimisation, and channel management for the property.
