Digital Sales Representative

About the role

The Digital Sales Representative will own and manage a portfolio of long‑tail, dormant and strategic accounts, acting as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supporting eCommerce adoption and delivering digital self‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop account plans and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data.
• Drive revenue by qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting campaigns and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Digital Marketing, Customer Service and Field Sales to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Support customers in transitioning to digital self‑service channels and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience platform.
• Utilize Salesforce and other digital sales technologies while adhering to established sales processes.

• Effective communicator with advanced English proficiency and ability to work in geographically dispersed, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills
